Up to a hundred staff at Sykes Enterprises in Shannon are facing an uncertain future.
It’s understood the company which operates a call centre that provides outsourcing and support services has lost a major contract with the Sony Corporation.
As a result, it’s expected that up to 100 employees will be made redundant over the next two months.
