There are fears of substantial job loses at Shannon Aerospace.
It follows calls in the Dail for the Taoiseach to comment on claims that 184 positions could be axed at the aircraft maintence facility at Shannnon Airport.
The company which is a subsidary of Lufthansa Technik will meet with workers regarding a restructuring plan tomorrow morning but would make no comment on sugggested job losses.

Shannon Aerospace is one of County Clare’s largest employers with 628 full time staff, a number of part time workers and 97 trainees at the facilty near Shannon Airport.
