The Fianna Fáil Ard Fheis has heard calls for the justice minister Alan Shatter to resign.
The party's justice spokesman Niall Collins said the minister has overseen unprecedented cuts in the Garda budget.

Deputy Collins says the minister is more interested in attacking opponents than ensuring a safe policing system.
He says Minister Shatter is letting down the Gardai.
