Fianna Fail is continuing it’s comeback, according to two polls in today’s Sunday Times and Sunday Business Post.
The surveys, which measured voters’ attitudes towards the current Oireachtas, found that Fianna Fail is now the second-most popular party in the country, just 2 points behind Fine Gael.
The polls also show a slide in support for Labour, a huge leap in support for Sinn Fein – up 5 points in popularity ratings, and shows that the majority of voters feel the government is on the wrong track.
The Behaviour and Attitudes poll in the Sunday Times also suggests that there is strong support for the government’s decision to legislate for abortion.
