Finance Officials Receive Two Million In Bonuses

It has emerged that hundreds of staff working for NAMA and the National Treasury Management Agency were in receipt of bonuses which cost the taxpayer over two million euro last year.

New figures show the staff received an average bonus of around 7000 euro each.

They also show that 14 people in the two agencies are earning more than 250,000 euro each.

Meanwhile, Chief Executive of the NTMA, John Corrigan, and the seven other most senior executives in the two agencies – waived their substantial bonuses – worth a total of 905 thousand euro.
