Motorists in Clare are being warned to be careful on the roads today as emergency services deal with a number of oil spills.
The fire service is currently attending callouts on the M18 motorway, on the Scarriff to Ennis Road and on the Killaloe Road.
The Scarriff Road one in particular is quite extensive and both lanes are impacted.

There are no reports of any accidents as a result of these incidents but anyone travelling on these roads is being urged to sow down and be cautious on approach, as conditions are treacherous.
