A former Clare TD is calling on the Taoiseach to axe James Reilly as Minister for health.
Ennis West Independent Councillor James Breen says its a national scandal that Dr James Reilly has published proposals for the new universal health insurance plans, without revealing it's full cost.

The Minister said this was because he didn't know the cost of compulsary insurance on individuals, though he insisted it will be less than the average 920 euro policy at present.
Councillor Breen says that's not good enough.
