It's reported today that Alan Shatter is to appeal a ruling that he broke the law in comments he made about another TD.
According to the Irish Independent, the former Justice Minister's case is due for mention at the Circuit Court tomorrow.

The Data Protection Commissioner found Mr Shatter broke the law when he disclosed personal information about Deputy Mick Wallace during an edition of 'Prime Time' on RTE television in May of last year.
The Dublin South TD later apologised in the Dail.
