The Dáil's Public Accounts Committee has been told it cannot force two former CEO's of Rehab to come before it.
Frank Flannery and Angela Kerins can't be forced to come in – because the Dáil's internal watchdog says Rehab doesn't answer to the PAC.

Last night, the committee was told that it cannot be given the power to compel witnesses who don't work for an agency under the direct supervision of the state spending watchdog.
The issue is likely to be discussed at a private meeting of the PAC this morning.
