NAMA has announced that it has taken over 4 new properties in County Clare.
The Agency’s latest list of properties subject to enforcement action includes a retail unit on the Quin Road in Ennis, as well as United at the town’s Westgate Business Park and at Dun na hInse in the Lahinch Road.

Certain Residential Units at The Promenade, Lahinch are also included on the list with BDO Ireland acting as receivers all of the properties concerned.
There are now 934 available properties on the agency’s website, with 34 of these here in County Clare.
