HSE MidWest is warning people in Clare not to underestimate the dangers of cannabis use.
It comes as a free and confidential cannabis treatment programme is to be rolled out in Ennis in the coming weeks to help people cut down on their use of the drug, and stamp out drug addiction.
The Clare Drug and Alcohol Service, along with HSE MidWest, are running the eight-week service which begins on October 2nd.
