The French Ambassador to Ireland is expressing his thanks to the people of Clare for the thousands of expressions of solidarity following the Paris Terror attacks.
Jean-Pierre Thébault is visiting Kilmaley National School to pay tribute to pupils there who sent a unique condolance card to the French Embassy.

127 pupils created their own butterfly to represent each person who died in the tragedy.
His excellency Jean-Pierre Thébault says it was a touching message.
