Clare’s Arts sector has been given a boost with the announcement of over €34,000 in funding.
The allocation is part of a 10 year strategy by the Arts Council to recognise outstanding artistic talent across the country.
Among those to benefit are the Courthouse Studios and Gallery in Ennistymon and the Burren College of Art.

Clare County Arts Officer Siobhan Mulcahy says the funding is recognition for the work being done by all those involved.
