A community fundraiser has been launched to help pay for much-needed repairs and resurfacing of Kilkee Community Playground.
The playground is currently in a state of disrepair and will remain closed indefinitely, despite restrictions being lifted on June 29th.
The community is now endeavouring to raise funds for much-needed repairs and resurfacing and is currently 14,000 euro short of their goal.

They’ve set up a gofundme page and Organiser of the fundraiser, Joanne Dillon, says that it’s far more than just the residents of Kilkee who benefit from the playground.
