Hundreds of people are expected to attend the funeral of murdered pensioner Finbar Fahy in Labane today.
The mass will take place in St Teresa’s Church, Labane, the same day as a memorial Mass for Mr Fahy’s late wife, Ciss was due to be held.
The chief celebrant will be the parish priest and his close friend, Fr Richie Higgins.

The body of the 78 year old widower was discovered at his home in Ballinduff Ardrahan last Wednesday.
A post mortem revealed he died of head injuries.
The farmer’s grandson, Gearóid Fahy was charged on Saturday night with his murder at a special sitting of Ennis District Court.
The 22 year old was remanded in custody and is due to appear before Shannon District Court this Thursday.
