Property prices in Clare are continuing to fall, according to a new report on asking prices from myhome.ie.
The website says the average price sought for a 4-bed semi-detached home here between April and June was €130,000.

This is 5.1% less than this time last year, and 3.7% less than the previous quarter.
Nationally, the average asking price rose for the first time in eight years while the gap between Dublin and the rest of the country is continuing to widen.
