At least 12 people have been killed and dozens wounded this morning – as Syrian forces launch fresh bombing raids on the city of Homs.
The shelling, which began at dawn, is taking place in several neighborhoods of the same city where activists reported a massacre of around 200 civilians by the regime on Friday.
It’s reported the regime has shut down all telecommunications networks – to prevent activists sharing information.
