Colonel Gaddafi’s son has made a dramatic appearance in Tripoli to prove he hasn’t been arrested.
Saif al-Islam went to see foreign media at a hotel in the Libyan city.

He suggested to them that his father was still in Tripoli and that Gaddafi’s men are winning the battle for Tripoli.
Yesterday the International Criminal Court said the 39-year-old had been captured.
