Garda Divers and the Doolin Coast Guard have been forced to abandon their latest attempt to locate a man missing from the Cliffs of Moher.
The man is feared to have fallen into the sea there late on Sunday night, and Gardaí had been joined by the coast guard and Shannon-based rescue helicopter as part of efforts to find him.

The latest search yesterday was called off because of poor underwater conditions.
Separately, a woman has been airlifted to hospital after she suffered a leg injury on a path near the cliffs yesterday.
The woman was airlifted to hospital by the Shannon-based rescue helicopter after she'd been assisted by the Doolin Coast Guard.
She's being treated in hospital in Limerick.
