Local representatives in Ennis have condemned arson attacks at a traveller accommodation site near the town.
Late on Saturday night, the only occupied unit at the five-house Beech Park development was gutted while the family was away from the home.

Three other properties were also extensively damaged, while last night saw a second attempted attack at the same site, though the culprits were disturbed before the fire could take hold.
Gardaí are investigating, and have appealed for the public’s help.
