Kilrush Gardaí are investigating the sudden death of a young man in the West Clare town.
The alarm was raised at around 7 o’clock this morning when the body of the man in his late twenties was discovered in a house in O’Gorman’street.

Another male in his 20’s was taken to Ennis General Hospital but his condition isn’t believed to be serious.
Investigating Gardaí are following a definite line of inquiry and aren’t treating the death as suspicious.
