Clare Gardai are warning drivers not to drink and get behind the wheel this Bank Holiday weekend
As part of the national road safety Campaign, Gardai will be out in increased numbers over this weekend with checkpoints set up to monitor speed, the wearing of seatbelts
Over the past nine October Bank Holidays 43 people were killed on the roads.

Pedestrians and cyclists are also being reminded to wear high visibility clothing to make sure they can be seen.
