John Gilligan is set to continue his challenge against the work of the Criminal Assets Bureau today.
He's back before the Supreme court this morning – where he's trying to prevent CAB from selling three properties that he used to own.

In 1996 the body seized a house at Jessbrook Equestrian Centre in County Kildare and two houses in West Dublin.
Mr Gilligan was released from prison in 2013 after serving 17 years behind bars for drug trafficking.
