Trolley numbers at the region’s main hospital are climbing once again.
The INMO’s daily trolley watch report has found that 16 patients were left on trolleys at University Hospital Limerick this morning, up from 10 yesterday.
It means UHL is once again the busiest facility nationwide, with 37 patients admitted on trolleys at Irish hospitals today.

However, trolley numbers remain at unusually low levels due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
