The family of a liscannor priest, Martyred for his faith in Korea, say they hope he will be beatified in their lifetime.
Fr Thomas Cusack a Columban Priest was amongst seven priests who died in 1950 in the country.

It had been anticipated that Fr Thomas and his colleagues would be beatified on Saturday when Pope Francis bestoyed the honour to 124 Catholic missionaries during his visit to South Korea.
Fr Cusack's niece Stephanie has visited Korea and extensively researched her Uncle, she's confident he will be honoured and hopes its sooner rather than later.
