House prices in Clare are expected to rise by 8 percent over the coming year.
The Real Estate Alliance is predicting that the surge in the market will ease slightly in 2018, after the average price of a three-bed semi in this county rose by 11 percent last year.
That price now stands at €178,000 – but this is significantly behind the national average, which is close to €226,000.
