The HSE has admitted it knew FOUR YEARS AGO that the Central Remedial Clinic was using private funds to pay some senior managers.
It’s admitted that it was told about the arrangement in 2009 – and never directly intervened to try and stop it.

Chief operating officer Laverne McGuinness has told the Public Accounts Committee that the CRC sent a letter in November 2009 outlining its plans.
