The HSE says it’s to work with HIQA on improvements at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
It’s after a first-of-its-kind legal case between the two state bodies was settled at Ennis District Court.
HIQA had served an order which would have effectively closed the county home to new admissions but that will now not occur.

The matter is due before the courts again in September.
