Business Group IBEC says it has plans to generate up to 25 thousand jobs.
A new report from the group has set out a series of plans that it claims will generate 2.4 billion Euro for the State.

Among the initiatives include a Social Welfare Smart Card to stop money leaving the state or being spent overseas.
