People in East Clare are being urged to come together this weekend for a special walk to encourage farmers to talk openly about mental health.
Crowds will gather at Ballycuggaran Woods just outside Killaloe at 12 noon tomorrow, Sunday, for the walk, which is open to all members of the public.
It’ll be opened by Cathaoirleach of Clare County Council Tom McNamara and those attending will talk, share and laugh as they walk.

Geraldine O’Connell is the Clare representative of the IFA’s Farm Family & Social Affairs Committee which is organising the event and says it’s vital for farmers to talk.
