IMPACT Trade Union says it's up to Aer Lingus to avert two further days of strike action by cabin crew at the airline.
Over the weekend, talks between airline management and the union collapsed over proposed roster changes.

Impact says it's now serving notice to the airline of two days of work stoppages next week on Monday 16th and Wednesday the 18th of June.
