Father of two David Moroney from Kilrush died after a fall from an articulated lorry yesterday morning.
He was making deliveries in the Spanish Point area at the time

Both the Gardai and the Health and Safety Authority are investigating.
It’s the second tragedy to hit the family in recent weeks following the death of Mr Moroney’s father.
