A post-mortem will take place today on the body of a baby boy who died in Kerry.
Emergency services were called to the scene – at an apartment on Park Place, Upper High Street, Killarney at about six o'clock last evening.

Paramedics treated the infant at the scene however he was pronounced dead a short time later.
A man – in his 30's – was taken from the scene by ambulance to University Hospital Kerry, Tralee with serious injuries.
The scene has been preserved for a forensic examination.
