Investigations Continue Into Two Fatal Shootings In Dublin Overnight

The shooting dead of a man at an inner city pub in Dublin yesterday has been linked to the Kinahan-Hutch gang feud.

The victim, has been named locally as 35-year-old Michael Barr – who was killed after two men opened fire in the pub at around 9:30 last night.

The Irish Times claims Mr Barr's home was searched last week as part of the inquiry into the Regency Hotel shooting in February.

His murder was one of two fatal shootings in the capital last night.

A second man in his 30s was shot dead in Kilcronan in Clondalkin – however his death is not thought to be gang related.
