The European Council President has unveiled proposals aimed at keeping the UK in the European Union.
One suggestion is that if 55 per cent of parliaments disagree with EU legislation, then it could be blocked.

There's also movement on a temporary break for in-work benefits for migrants.
Ireland South MEP, Fine Gael's Sean Kelly believes it is in Britain's interests to remain in the EU.
