The government is being challenged to deliver a major boost for business when the stimulus plan for the economy is unveiled next week.
The multi-billion-euro support fund will form the central plank of the government’s response to the economic fallout of COVID-19, and was discussed by Ministers at yesterday’s Cabinet meeting.
It’s set to include measures to support a wide range of businesses, but Clare Sinn Féin TD Violet-Anne Wynne says it needs to be bold and radical.
