Students from Killaloe are this morning setting off to the European Union to take part in a plenary session.
The two students from St Ann’s Community College in Killaloe were chosen following a in school competition after the school was nominated by local Fianna Fail councillor Cathal Crowe.

The students will be able to sit in on a plenary session with MEP’s in Brussels and then also have the opportunity to put questions to the Parliament Members.
Councillor Crowe says that it’s a great experience for young people to take part as they gain an understanding of how the European Union works…
