A West Clare student has something particular to smile about today after achieving 8 A1’s in the Leaving Cert.
Mark Glynn of Kilrush Community School – who also attained an A2-is only one of 9 pupils nationwide to do so.

Over 55 thousand students, including almost 14 hundred here in the county, sat the exams in June and the fruits of their labour were available at schools from 9 this morning an online at midday.
Principal at Kilrush Community School, Rock Kirwan says they are extremely proud of Mark and all their students.
