A 24 year old Kilrush man, charged with the murder of another man in the town last week, has been remanded in custody for a further two weeks.
Brendan O’Sullivan of Pound Street in Kilrush was before Ennis District Court this afternoon where Judge Leo Malone heard that he will be making an application to the High Court next Monday for bail.

Brendan O’Sullivan of Pound Street in Kilrush was before Ennis District Court this afternoon where Judge Leo Malone heard that he will be making an application to the High Court next Monday for bail.
Mr O’Sullivan is charged with the murder of 26 year old Leslie Kenny in O’Gorman Street in Kilrush last Wednesday morning.
Mr Kenny suffered gunshot wounds.
The case has been put back until the 17th of August at Ennis District Court.
