The 24 year old charged with murdering West Clare man Leslie Kenny is due back in court this week.
Brendan O Sullivan was granted bail at the High Court last month amid strict conditions, including he reside at a specific Ennis address and stay out of Kilrush unless he has a court appearance or legal appointment.

Mr O Sullivan of 10 O Gorman Street Kilrush is due before a sitting of Kilrush District Court later this morning where its expected he will be further remanded on bail.
