A Kilrush man has been jailed for 10 months for making threats to his elderly neighbours who complained to Gardaí about noise from his house during a party
41 year old Donal Burke, originally from Kilrush but living in Galway, was convicted of trespassing at the elderly couple’s home in Renmore in Galway last January and making threats to them and sentenced to four months in prison
A Kilrush man has been jailed for 10 months for making threats to his elderly neighbours who complained to Gardaí about noise from his house during a party
41 year old Donal Burke, originally from Kilrush but living in Galway, was convicted of trespassing at the elderly couple’s home in Renmore in Galway last January and making threats to them and sentenced to four months in prison
He tried to force his way into their home while they were on the phone with Gardaí.
Mr Burke was also sentenced to four months in jail for spitting at a female Garda in a separate incident and to a further 2 months for being abusive and aggressive to door staff at Galway nightclub.
