A weight restriction which has been in place at Latoon Bridge since late last year will be eased next week.
The restriction was imposed due concerns over the structural integrity of the bridge near Clarecastle, however following a survey, it will now be changed from 3.5 tonnes to 18 tonnes.

The Council says repair work on the bridge is expected to begin in late August and to be completed in November.
Signage outlining the details of the change in restrictions will be erected in the coming days.
