Lawyers for two teenagers accused of bullying Fanore native Pheobe Prince have asked a US court for access to her medical history.
Prince took her own life in January of this year, months after moving from Clare to Massachusetts – her actions came following months of alleged bullying and harrassment by fellow students at her school in South Hadley.
However, lawyers for two of those accused in relation to her death are seeking access to her medical records in a bid to show that the teenager was suicidal long before she took her own life.
