Gardaí in Limerick have renewed their appeal for information on a fatal collision between a car and a van – after a 23-year-old man who was seriously injured in it, died last night in hospital.
He's the second fatality – a 28-year-old man who was a passenger in the car was pronounced dead that night.

The collision took place at around 7:30 on Tuesday evening on Hyde Road and detectives want to hear from witnesses.
The driver of the van and his passenger, a five-year-old girl, were also taken to hospital however their injuries are thought to be minor.
