Saint Patrick's festivities are well and truly underway in Clare.
Shannon Airport has joined Ennis Friary, Ennis Court House and Áras Chontae an Chláir in turning green for the National Holiday, while the first parade of the weekend takes place in Lisdoonvarna at 3:00 this afternoon.

More parades take place tomorrow, in Doonbeg and Fanore, and Bank Holiday Monday will see thousands throng the streets of Ennis, Tulla, Ennistymon, Miltown Malbay, Gort, Killaloe, Kilrush, Sixmilebridge and Shannon.
