Commuters travelling between North Clare and Galway are being invited to support a new service which could see regular ferry crossings across Galway Bay.
The Ballyvaughan Bay Hop is to run on a trial basis over six days at the end of June, after a feasibility study and survey in the North Clare area found that people were interested in using the service.

The trial ‘hops’ will determine if people will also utilize the crossings when up and running.
