One of West Clare's key tourism sites re-opens to the public this Easter weekend.
The historic Loop Head Lighthouse will open each day, up until the end of September.

Last year saw 19,000 people visit the site, an increase of 2,000 on the previous summer, and it's hoped there'll be more growth this year as the Lighthouse is one of Clare's two ' signature discovery points' along the Wild Atlantic Way driving route.
Marketing and Development Officer for West Clare Siobhan Garvey says that initiative is vital.
