A man has been released from Garda custody after he was arrested in connection with a shooting incident in Ennis.
A number of shots were fired at a house at Childers Road, Cloughleigh at around 5 o’clock yesterday morning.

There were people in the house at the time – but no one was injured.
A 46 year old was arrested – but has since been released without charge, and a file is to be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
