A man has been arrested in connection with a robbery at Coote’s shop in Ennis last week.
The man in his twenties, was arrested in the Ennis area this morning, for robbery using an air pistol at the shop on the Kilrush road, this day last week.
He’s being questioned at Shannon Garda Station where he’s being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

He can be held for up to 24 hours.
