Gardai have arrested a man as part of their investigation into the murders of a mother and daughter in County Kerry.
The bodies of 27 year old Jolanta Lubiene and her 8 year old daughter Enrika were found at their Killorglin home on this day last week.

Gardai have been investigating the double murder since then, including a detailed examination of phone and internet records, and this morning, a man in his forties was arrested in County Kerry.
He’s been brought to Killarney Garda Station, where he’s being held under section 30 of the Offences Against State Act, and can be detained for 72 hours
